DXspark is the digitization partner of EPAL - Empresa Portuguesa de Águas Livres - and is in charge of the myAQUA app's constant update and development. This platform allows the customer to update their data, communicate readings, subscribe to sustainable services, and carry out many other operations through a smartphone.
"The myAQUA app is in constant action to give greater autonomy to the user and be prepared to respond to all their requests," says Ricardo Silva, Coordinator of the AQM - Aquamatrix Department at EPAL.
"This partnership with DXspark allows us to identify opportunities and solutions to satisfy our current and future customers. This joint work led us to present new features this year, which already make a difference in 80,000 MyAQUA monthly accesses. "
The app's new features have made it more robust, and the customer service ever closer, more effective, and easier. The simplification of access, consultation of the history of all invoices—paid or to be settled—and the digital archive are some of the registered novelties. These components, in addition to speeding up processes, also have a smaller environmental footprint.
myAQUA is the most used app in the water sector, with almost 100,000 active users.
