ISM Improving Sports has hit the market, a brand that unifies three sports management solutions and which is born from the evolution of the FootballISM digital platform, created 10 years ago at the Alcochete Academy with Sporting Clube de Portugal. Together with the CoachISM and SportISM products, they constitute an entity that positions itself as an international reference in maximizing the sporting and operational performance of all players, through technology in different key areas. The team currently works with major clubs such as Sevilla FC, Sporting CP, Almeria, Vitória SC, Al Ain, among others.
“In 2023 we decided that it no longer made sense to communicate only on behalf of FootballISM, when we currently have 3 different brands that are in our offer. With the market growing, we feel the need to create a vision of the future and therefore, we want to have a brand that is suitable for different stakeholders. We are not only talking about products for players, doctors, psychologists and nutritionists, but also viable solutions for player agencies or even the marketing departments of the various clubs so that they can provide a better interaction with their fans” says José Forjaz , Head of Business by ISM Improving Sports.
Through the official launch of FootballISM in 2017, the system expanded to four different continents with projects in Brazil, USA, Egypt, Dubai, Spain, Italy, France, being present in the best leagues in the world; La Liga, Serie A, Liga Portugal, USL. Faced with a market need to create products aimed at specific positions in sport, CoachISM was launched in 2022, a team management system based on the entire training and game process of a technical team. At the same time, from a partnership with the Centro de Alto Rendimento do Jamor, SportsISM was born, a system very similar to FootballISM, but with specificities in individual sports and physical training, associated with high competition athletes.
Over the last few years, the platform has benefited from the proximity of the relationship with customers, allowing for great growth, not only through the creation of new functionalities, but also the system itself. One of the great examples is the Spanish club Sevilla FC, seven times winner of the Europa League and which has played a leading role in the growth of ISM, through the insights that have been provided so that clubs can obtain the highest performance in all their departments.
