PRR and European Union Back New DXspark Initiative in Intelligent Digital Experiences

DXspark, moOngy's Center of Excellence, has officially started work on the Intelligent and Empathetic Digital Experiences project, a two-year R&D initiative supported by the Portuguese Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) and European Union iniciative NextGenerationEU. 

The project aims to develop a multimodal AI orchestrator capable of coordinating different artificial intelligence models across conversation, voice, image, and video.

By bringing these capabilities together within a single framework, the solution will enable more integrated, consistent, and context-aware digital experiences, adapting interactions to the needs and context of each user.

As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded in digital products and services, organizations face the challenge of managing multiple AI technologies while ensuring seamless and coherent user journeys.

Through this project, DXspark will explore new approaches to AI orchestration, helping bridge the gap between advanced technological capabilities and real-world user experiences.

The project is part of the IFIC (Financial Instrument for Innovation and Competitiveness) programme, which supports the development of innovative solutions and strengthens the technological capacity of Portuguese organizations.
