Overview
CARRIS, Lisbon’s main public transport operator, set out to modernise its digital presence by creating a new website aligned with international sector standards.
The objective was to build a dynamic, integrated and intuitive platform that strengthens user experience and brings the brand closer to citizens.
Challenge
The project required developing an attractive, responsive and easy‑to‑use website, integrating dynamic content and social media to increase user engagement, incorporating secure digital payment capabilities and providing a simple, efficient backoffice for content management.
